This lovely villa, situated in a pleasant residential area in the sleepy village of Sesmarias, has pretty rock gardens to the front and enclosed very private rear gardens with swimming pool. The furnishings, fittings and decor throughout are all of an excellent standard and there are many extras for your comfort and enjoyment.
It is about 4 minutes walk to the nearest mini-mercado, bar and restaurant and a few minutes drive to the two 9 hole golf courses and 18 hole championship course at the Carvoeiro Clube. Carvoeiro is only about 4/5 minutes drive and the pretty village of Ferruguda with its beach restaurants is about the same distance.
